Job Summary:

The Implementation Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects and implementations for eCivis.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of various types of projects.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks manage timelines maintains project plans.
  • Develop relationships with channel partners for onboarding processes.
  • Troubleshooting and detecting potential issues.
  • Implement solutions that threaten the timeline, impact the budget or operation.
  • Manage multiple implementations for clients, acting as a hybrid of project manager and technical/business consultant
  • Participate in late-stage meetings with prospects to consult on product capability and educate on technical implementation (including configuration, integrations, and customizations)
  • Ensure all configurations, integrations, and customizations are fully tested and ready for deployment.
  • Complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
  • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
  • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. 
  • Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Project Management experience with JIRA
  • The employee will need the ability to work remote for this position

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, which may include Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
    • At least three years of related experience are required.
    • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
